Consultants work in individual business units, which in turn specialise in particular markets or professional disciplines. Each unit is led by a Managing Consultant, but an experienced Consultant enjoys considerable autonomy in their own area of expertise.
New Consultants will spend time familiarising themselves with a variety of markets before settling into their own niche. Promotion to Consultant and beyond is dependent upon individual performance and is often rapid, depending on ability.
Consultants will spend their time interviewing, short listing and selecting candidates for a variety of clients. We use the very latest technology so Consultants can identify the very best talent in the market to make selections from for each assignment. This is highly skilled and you will be mentored by a Managing Consultant to help you develop to the requisite level.
All fee earners meet with new and existing clients regularly. Only through these meetings can we fully understand and assess requirements and build meaningful and lasting business relationships.
New candidates are sourced via extensive advertising and marketing, but it is a Consultant’s responsibility to assess each candidate’s strengths and to match these to a client’s requirements. This is done through a rigorous vetting process and thorough face-to-face interviewing.
